Air Conditioned Banquet hall located in the heart of Thiruvallur.

Ideal for the functions and events like, Sreemantham, Birthday, Ayush homam, Choulam, Upanayana, Ritu kala Samskara, Betrothal, Wedding, Anniversary and Official  Meetings.

Capacity - 180 persons

BASE TARIFF: ₹14,000

For 6 hours. (i.e 4hrs with A/c and 2hrs without A/c).

Inclusive of 2 housekeeping labours.

Inclusive of EB and A/c charges.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:

+ Room/s will be provided from Raghu Residency at additional cost (subject to availability).

+ Decoration expenses. Must be done only with our service person Shri.Y.Franklin.

+ If you required A/C for additional period, ₹ 1000 for every additional A/c hours.

+ ₹ 600 for Non-Veg servings.

+ ₹ 600 for additional housekeeping labour.

Hall Booking will be confirmed, only by paying Advance of ₹ 7000.

Balance should be paid a day before the scheduled date.
